Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:
1.
Recognise and explain some of the practical aspects and social dimensions of legal problems;
2.
Relate the legal skills and principles learned in the study of law to their application in a real world context; and
3.
Identify and critically reflect on the ways in which the ethical framework that applies to lawyers impacts on the day to day operation of the law in practice.
